2024 SPOCOM Dallas Preview

By Henry Ma / PHM

Excuse the delay it’s been one long sleepless but interesting trip this past weekend, I flew to Dallas from Vegas on Saturday October 12th, 2024 for SPOCOM (Did you know it stands for Sport Compact?), my flight from LAS was 5:45am, arrived at Dallas (Love Field) around 10:20am. Got Subway for lunch with their buy 1 get 1 free BOGO! Got to the Dallas Market Hall by 3pm, tried to take a nap, went in around 4pm, the show started at 5pm and I stayed till the end 11pm. I was a zombie by then, was stuck in the parking lot till midnight (all the cars were rolling out) But so glad I’ve got another sub, I was a Starvin Marvin by then! Tried to take a nap for 2 hours in a nearby park to be woken up by sirens (3 police cars flew by) as I heard 7 loud popping noise (shots maybe?) Who knows but I wasn’t sticking around to find out! Drove my ass to QuikTrip by the airport for some R&R (well I tried anyway) This was after 2am so all the party peeps were out and about. Finally made my way to the cell phone parking lot to wait for the shuttle (they don’t start till 4am) My flight back was 6am I couldn’t wait to get on the flight and pass out. Made it back to Vegas before 7am and I was knocked out as soon as I got home. Anyway, enough of my backstory, without further ado, here’s the preview photos.

Above: What a great turn out! I can see why they SOLD OUT on vehicles registrations.

Above: Charge Mods (your one stop shop for vehicle mods in DFW) had 3 hot models on bikes at their booth!

Above: PHM Models Rose and Ashanti it’s their first time at SPOCOM!

Above: Taken during the insane SPOCOM Bikini contest with 22 contestants!! The stage wasn’t even big enough for everyone as you can clearly see.

And did I mention there was a huge, long line of people waiting to get in at 5pm? I wasn’t allowed to go out and come back in so I couldn’t get the shot but trust me people were waiting to get in. If you weren’t here, don’t miss out next year hopefully they’ll be back in the Lone Star state again!
